Even before I climbed behind the wheel of my first truck I believed that the key to this business was to provide exceptional customer service. Today, the Cheap Coach Hire UK Group has grown to play a major role in national and international transportation, but our commitment to service and satisfaction is unchanged. The first words of our corporate mission statement are: “Service, Satisfaction, and Success”.
I still feel a great deal of surprise and gratitude when I remember those first years of our company. Initially in 1982, I was the owner-operator of one dump truck, hauling gravel for the construction of Highway 19. We found a key niche in 1985 when we bought our first reefer – the start of our refrigerated fleet. As early as 1991, Cheap Coach Hire UK became a leader in the use of electronic data interchange (EDI) within the trucking industry. We are committed to offering our customers every advantage that technology can provide – it is a crucial part of our superior customer service.

We’ve seen a lot of change over the years…but one thing has remained steady – our number one goal is to be sure we treat our customers, suppliers and employees fairly and with respect. We have met that goal, and will continue to do so – the many long-term relationships we enjoy make it clear that we are achieving our aims.
